Miguel Iniguez is a senior associate with Tao Rossini, APC. He has spent a majority of his career litigating construction claims of all kinds. During law school, Mr. Iniguez served as a summer clerk at one of the largest construction defect firms in California. Since 2004, Mr. Iniguez has litigated construction claims representing contractors/subcontractors, architects, engineers and other construction professionals in complex litigation matters. Mr. Iniguez has represented consumers and businesses in prosecuting mass action construction claims and general litigation matters.

Mr. Iniguez has represented several private business clients as general counsel, negotiating, mediating, and litigating business and employment actions including defending and prosecuting business contracts, intellectual property rights, wage and hour claims, and real estate disputes. Mr. Iniguez has prepared bids for government contracts and negotiated collective bargaining agreements on behalf of his clients. Mr. Iniguez has extensive experience with asset protection and collections matters.

Mr. Iniguez has successfully resolved disputes through mediation, arbitration and trial. Mr. Iniguez has experience in both state and federal courts and has also successfully argued complex appellate court claims.

Education

Mr. Iniguez received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, at Los Angeles in 1999. He received his Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University School of Law in 2003.
